9lbs Cleoniceras Ammonite (Madagascar)

Much of the shell has a red/purple/green flash to it. Its rare to find one with its shell intact like this, plus its massive size makes this a rare find.

Size: 10.75" across longest point x 1.75" thick

Found:  Ambatolafia, Madagascar.

Age: Cretaceous - Albian Stage (110 MYA)
